Ingredients

1 tub of low fat ream cheese

2 tbsp dried ground nori

4 cups fresh Polysiphonia seaweed (pompoms)

2-4 tsp dried ground dulse

1 tbsp butter

sea salt


Preparation

Wash the Polysiphonia well to remove any bits of sand or shell. In a frying pan, melt the butter on a medium heat then add the Polysiphonia. Stir until 'melted' then take off the heat.

In a food processor, add all of the ingredients except the sea salt. Blend together, then season to taste. Serve with crackers or sour dough toast
